Returns & Exchanges: To request a return or exchange, please contact theelevatedpresence@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) may be required.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. 

Late or Missing Refunds: Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process through financial institutions. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at theelevatedpresence@gmail.com, and we will assist you. 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact theelevatedpresence@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. We rely on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation when reviewing claims.
